Satoru Yahata
Satoru contacted us through our Distibutor in Japan (Vibromama)
about having a WindPaddle "Cruiser" sail to assist in the
following adventure.... We are glad he did! We belong out there with
him!
In 2002, an attempt to link Australia to Japan
by kayak, Yahata has embarked on a long multi-stage journey known as
"The Great Seaman Project".
Yahata will be using the WindPaddle Cruiser sail
to travel north along the
east coast of the Phillipine island Luzon.
Satoru Yahata, a sea kayak instructor and adventurer based in Okinawa,
Japan, will be using the WindPaddle sail during his upcoming expedition
in 2010.
So far he has successfully completed several stages linking Australia
to Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan and
Japan.
